Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

Opened or used medicines.

Cut strips or partially used products.

Temperature-sensitive products (insulin, injections, vaccines).

Personal care & hygiene products after opening.

Baby care, nutrition, or consumable products once opened.

Products without original packaging or invoice.

Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.

MR CARE PHARMACY reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions, without exception.

Return Verification Process

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Customer raises a return or exchange request via email or in-store within 48 hours of delivery with all required documents.

Our support team reviews the request. Verification may require product images, packaging details, and invoice confirmation.

Decision Within 24–72 Business Hours

The request is reviewed and a decision communicated within 24–72 business hours of submission.

Resolution Initiated

If approved, a replacement, exchange, or refund will be initiated as applicable. In certain cases, customers may be asked to return the product to the nearest MR CARE PHARMACY store or designated return location.

MR CARE PHARMACY reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions, without exception. Incomplete requests or those missing required documents may cause delays in processing. Ensure all details are submitted at the time of the initial request.

Refund Policy

Orders may be cancelled before billing, packing, or dispatch.

Once billed, packed, or dispatched, cancellations may not be accepted — especially for medicines and healthcare products.

MR CARE PHARMACY also reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Pricing or technical errors on the platform.
