2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

- Cut strips or partially used products
- Temperature-sensitive products (including insulin, injections, vaccines, etc.)
- Personal care and hygiene products after opening
- Baby care, nutrition, or consumable products once opened
- Products without original packaging or invoice
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage
MR CARE PHARMACY reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
3. Return Verification Process

Any medical or prescription-related data shared with us is:
